љљљљљOn the 1st of Julyљ2011 at the meeting ofљFederal Agency forљMarine and River Transport Council Andrey Lavrischev, FSUE "Rosmorport" acting General director, has reportedљonљcompeletion of Strategy of Russian Ports Infrastructure Development till 2030 design.

љљљљ April the 14th 2011 Igor Rusu, the FSUE 'Rosmorport' General director introduced the Strategy of Russian Ports Infrastructure Development atљthe meeting of Saint Petersburg governor Marine Council.

љљљљ On the 17th of November 2010 within the limits of the round table 'Ways of Russian Port Infrastructure Reformation' the conception of the Strategy of Russian Ports Marine Infrastructure Development was announced. As a result of the round table the resolution was approved.љ

љљљљ In July 2010 (29.07.2010) open enquiry for offers on selection of an organization for development of strategy of Russian ports infrastructure development including additional modules (subprojects) for the needs of FSUE 'Rosmorport' was resumed. According to the decision of the tender committee The Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation recognized as the winner of the open enquiry.

љљљљ In July 2010 (16.07.2010) for the purposes of FSUE 'Rosmorport' activity coordination by the order of FSUE 'Rosmorport' General director I.M. Rusu from 16.07.2010 ? 393 the working group for preparation of the project of the Strategy of Russian Ports Marine Infrastructure Development was created.

љљљљ In July 2010 (7.07.2010) FSUE 'Rosmorport' sent an address to heads of constituent entities of Primorye Territory and heads of federal bodies of executive powers and other interested organizations asking to consider the project of specifications for the strategy development and to send their remarks and amendments concerning the document to FSUE 'Rosmorport'.љ

љљљљ In June 2010 FSUE 'Rosmorport' created the project of detailed specifications for the creation of the Strategy of Russian Ports Marine Infrastructure Development and implementation of subsidiary modules and draft schedule of corresponding measures realization.

љљљљ In May 2010 (28.05.2010) at deputy Minister's of Transport of the Russian Federation V.A. Olersky meeting concerning the creation of the strategy of Russian ports marine infrastructure development was held. According to the minutes from 28.05.2010 ? OV-43 the Department of State Policy in the Sphere of Marine and River Transport was instructed to prepare the project of the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation order about the creation of working group for creation of the Strategy of Russian Ports Marine Infrastructure Development, and FSUE 'Rosmorport' was instructed to prepare the project of detailed specifications for the creation of the Strategy of Russian Ports Marine Infrastructure Development including detail analysis of existing and future technological capacity of transshipment facilities and sent it to the working group members and interested ministries, agencies and organizations for approval.
